what could this possibly be? it itches slightly but I never scratch it. it's appearing on both hands. my gf doesn't have it so it's not contagious. and anyone know what I could do against it?
people tell me it's stress related but I don't have stress right now and I've never gotten it before.

Eczema. Happens in colder months for me on my hands. I wash my hands too often from OCD related issues so I just sort of deal with it but see a dermatologist or at least put some decent lotion on once in awhile.

I apply my gf's hand cream on it a few times a day and let it soak in. It keeps it in check and removes it completely if you're consistent.

Moisturuze frequently during the day, ESPECIALLY after washing your hands and after showers.
I doubt it's psoriasis, especially if you don't have it anywhere else.
