guys, how to I get my legs to grow huge? They are really skinny and Im having trouble putting size onto them, they just seem to get cutter and stay the same size almost

To bring your legs up quickly squat 3 or 4 times a week. Go heavy and keep the volume per session low otherwise you won't be able to squat that frequently.
Once your legs catch up to your upper body reduce the frequency to twice a week.
Squat every other day, and actually go ass to grass. Your legs will blow up ridiculously fast.

If you are eating extra calories then it shouldn't be super slow, I can't really give you numbers because it depends on how hard you work.
On maintenance I've mostly gained great definition and a bit of size.
