What devices/apps do you use for tracking/logging workouts/sleep/macros etc?
Apps for android:
MyFitnesspal - God tier calorie counting app. (used google sheets before.)
Google sheets - where I log my workout sets/reps. I want to find something better tough.
Sleep as android - awesome app for logging sleep. Smart alarm setting that can wake up when you're in a lighter sleep so you don't feel drunk when you wake up. Don't use it anymore since I got my fitbit tough.
Devices:
FitBit Charge HR - continual heartrate monitoring during the day, sleep tracking and. Syncs with MyFitnessPal.
I liked Sleep as Android more for sleep tracking. It has a 'silent alarm' feature which is kind of cool tough.
FitBit Aria WiFi scale. Syncs all kind of bullshit. Bought it because it syncs my weight with MyFitnessPal.

fitnotes for workouts
Have notes app. Count calories in one note, put run timrs /distances in another. Routine/weight in another. Never really look at the routine/weight one because I know what I lift, food one gets cleared every day
I use jefit. Nothing special, but gets the job done.

jefit, works like a charm and gives me sense of my progression.
Calorie Count
Myfitnesspal for calories
Fitocracy for workouts
I use a spreadsheet that i downloaded from here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=5014693
Pretty good actually, you can add more excercises and customize it to your needs.

fitnotes is GOAT
Jefit for lifting
Runtastic for cardio
My Fitness Pal for food
Myfitnesspal, and I write my lifts down in a planner.
I plan out the week's routine ahead of time and just fill in the tables I made for each day.
myfitnesspal's getting bloated with bullshit. wish there was a just-calorie-counting alternative

I'm an android developer. What kind of features do you want in a basic calorie counting application?
Does anyone here use Noom?
It's kind of feminine looking but is 20x smoother and sleeker than MyFitnessPal.
Sl 5x5 official app is really nice. There's a few 5/3/1 apps too when i get to that point.
Haven't found a good run trainer app yet, will probably get a really cheap heartrate monitor soon to facilitate that

I just like the diary options. mainly being able to lookup and log food, and the barcode scanner part helps. summing up macros and micros of food i like. also weight-tracking graph (but myfitnesspal has a shitty graph of this) is helpful but all the other 10 options they give is just bogging it down
I've got a 340 day streak going on MFP. I've been using it for about 3 years. In the past I've had a 100 day streak and I only really missed a few days.

I'm thinking of getting one of those fitbits. Any good? I do bjj as my workout of choice and I don't want it to get smashed up though, so is it at least sturdy?

The charge HR is a bit durable, but I've never tested it in any form of martial arts.
