So, guys, what are your thoughts about Phraks Greyskull LP routine?
Can I add 2-4 sets of arm accessories to both workouts? Like facepulls and skullcrushers on bench and row days, and bicep curls and lateral raises on ohp and chinup days.

Im doing squats/deadlifts before back exercise, because if I do rows before squats my lower back will be too tired and thats a ticket to snap city.

Oh and caf raises after squats. I've been doing this for a bit over a month and yeah lifts have been going up and I look a bit better. I did 5x5 for 5 months and then took 5 months off which was stupid. Now my lifts are the same as 5 months ago.

5X5 on basic compound lifts is too much volume for beginner. Do this (3 times per week) or, if you have enough time, coolcicada's PPL (6 times per week).
