For instance, I didn't know until quite recently that Doug Hepburn, fat hulking fuck though he was, was able to do free-standing handstand pushups from parallel bars, so he could go even deeper on them.
I'd love to be even half as strong, but only if it means I get to keep some semblance of an aesthetic physique.
And considering Hepburn could strict press 180 kg and change overhead (for reps?), I don't think that's an entirely unreasonable hope.

Stricter than Russia, China, and all the other dominant countries. The protocols in the U.S. are similar to the U.K. I know guys competing here, they can get 1 cycle, 2 if they're lucky, in per year because of random drug testing. The guy I know has been caught previously too, because they turned up at his door randomly. He didn't get to go to the commonwealth games.
Russia, China, Kazak, Iran, etc, etc. do not do random drug testing. They have doctors and chemists supervising their cycles and they can be on nearly year round. The only tests they do are on competition day, they're easy to pass in most cases as you can plan it and compete when the drugs are out of your system. You can't do that in the U.S. and U.K. It's the main reason why both the U.K. and U.S. are not competitive on the international stage.
