Six months of SS.

Max weight ever was 55 kilos. Currently 54, 178 cm tall.

Here are my stats, all 1RM:

DL is 85kg.
Squat is 60kg.
Bench is 45kg.
OHP is 25kg.

I've completely stalled, been like this for three months.

I have virtually no appetite. I don't know what and when to eat.

Please help me /fit/.

I know about the sticky, I've been on this board for three fucking years, almost four. What I need is a solid way to increase my appetite so I can eat more in one sitting.

Help.

People on here might not agree with mass gainers cause of

But it gets the job done. In highschool I was 160 @ 5'10. Took ON serious mass and went up to 180. Sure it was mostly fat at the time but damn did it get my lifts up, then when I cut down to 170 I was pretty lean and still skinny but a lot stronger and the serious mass helped me gain my appetite so I could eat more. Now I'm 190lbs @ 14% body fat and cutting

If you need more calories in just add olive oil when cooking, spread your meals throughout the day more, workout more to build a bigger appetite, or just force yourself to eat (but don't throw up)

other than that, there is nothing.

you can try drinking lots of calories during what meals you are able to choke down.

drinking calories doesnt satisfy hunger right away, and because there is no chewing, you can get it over with fast.

milk, ensure, boost, chocolate milk, soy milk, etc, but avoid straight sugar water, ie: soda/juice

mix in protein powder, blender vegies,

Switch to hypertrophy for a while to get bigger. Once you're bigger you'll be able to lift more

Six months of SS is at least two months over its intended purpose. You should have moved on to another routine.

As for your appetite, if you can't eat more, then eat stuff with more calories. Getting your macros right might be a challenge but if you're not in the mood for counting calories and stuff just go see a nutritionist.

Actually now that I'm really looking at it, the only thing we're super similar in is DL and OHP. I'm still not a whole lot stronger though.

Moral of the story: Gg to the gym consistently, not on and off like I've had to do for the past year or so.
