There is a section about stacking nicotine with caffeine, it is a not as effective EC stack but it will still blunt your appetite and yeah chew gum or wear a patch.
Both options are expensive and cigarettes are deleterious.
It's cheaper, healthier, and probably more effective to just exercise and eat right.
