Drink milkshake, rinse it out 2 times, fill it to top with waterand tie cap back on. and just let it be alone until your next shake. NO AIR, FULL WATER
this has been around for at least thousads of years and you will never have smells

Honestly, For the last 4 months I've been doing this and I get ZERO smell. I just clean b/c germs n shit

>Drink
>Fill with water
>Drink (waste no gainz amirite)
>Wash out with water
>Dissasemble, set bottle top down on sink, cap bottom down on sink, and take out the little metal mixing ball
>Let sit while I shower
>Wipe out extra moisture
And this final step is the key one

Wash it out with soap every time you use it. Put a little dish soap in, fill it with water, shake it, and let it sit overnight. Then in the morning, empty it out and put it on a rack upside down so it can dry. Ever since I started doing this there have been no smellz.
