What the fuck is this OptiMind bullshit? List actual drugs if you did research. I ordered some Aniracetam from Powder City, I've heard good things about it. It should be here by tomorrow. From my research Aniracetam helps brain fog, social anxiety, and overall mental health.
>>
Cogniflex
Super ginkgo bilboa complex bla blah
Brainergy x
Focus plus

Could you post results?
>>
Oh and bio energy
>>
And the ad claims optimind is the product that inspired the movie "limitless"
>>
You can start with amino acids. Taurine, lysine, tyrosine, cysteine, carnitine, tryptophan and theanine in particular. Each one affects cognition in a different way.
>>
>>35129410
Sounds like a lot of stuff to take in the morning
>>
>>35129351
>>35129369
By actual drugs I meant Adderall, Piracetam, Omega-3, etc.. etc... You're posting bullshit fads that women in their 50's would be interested in. Reminds me of those "detox and lose 15lbs in 5 days!" I see checking out of my grocery store. Brah, you didn't research shit.
>>
>>35129424
Thats why I'm here, sir.
>>
>>35129424
I was prescribed adderall when i was a teenager. I hate the way it makes me feel. Couldn't eat, couldn't sleep and when i did sleep i had strange dreams
>>
Bump
>>
>>35129423
I wouldn't take it all at once. Some of them may cancel each other out. A good stack I like is caffeine, theanine, l-tyrosine and n-acetyl-cysteine. Really helps me focus but with no jitteriness.

Good stuff, thank you!
>>
>>35129541
Oh, add vitamin B6 to that stack too.
>>
>>35129207
>wake up effortlessly
Valerian makes me wake up about 1-2 hours earlier feeling even better than when I would have gotten 1-2 hours more sleep, HOWEVER it makes me shit blood so I would not recommend.
>>
Thanks for all input
>>
>>35129598
quite the trade off really
>>
>>35129653
Id be willing to try it if i was desperate to wake up earlier lol. Theres so much more i need tho lol
>>
>>35129572
No problem. With the n-acetyl-cysteine, don't go over 1,200 mg a day, and before taking it, take vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium and plenty of water. The reason for this is because n-acetyl-cysteine raises glutathione, an anti-oxidant your body produces, but the vitamins and minerals are co-factors or required ingredients in the production of glutathione. I usually take 2 grams of vitamin C, 200 IU of vitamin E, 200 mcg of selenium for every 600 mg of n-acetyl-cysteine about 15-20 minutes before the stack. The increase in glutathione is, what I believe, to be largely responsible for the clearheadedness I get from NAC alone.

Seems complicated
>>
>>35129598
I don't get that side from valerian. Just it helps me to doze off to sleep better. I cycle valerian because it becomes less potent the longer I continuously take it with taking a break ftom it. That's the only side I get from it.

>>35129207
nitrovit was recommended by another anon
>>
>>35129823
Nitrovit is a little pricey at 60 bucks. Im a poor anon.
>>
>>35129848
well, it's expensive to waste money on something ineffective - all I'm able to say is Acetyl-l Carnitine I have heard is helpful in cognition (though that's second-hand information) and Nitrovit had that as one of the ingredients. I wouldn't be surprised if they had one or two effective ingredients and then something unheard-of to make it a "unique blend".
>>
>>35129874
Seems reasonable to think that. Paying more for fillers, advertising and packaging.

Taking Adderall when you're under 18 sounds like a bad time in general, fucks up your brain chemistry.
>>
>>35129947
Probably why i smoke pot now right? Or thats what I'm told anyway. I want to take these supplements to see if I'd be able to quit without feeling angry and depressed.
>>
>>35129874
ALCAR is good for cognition in regard to memory has been my experience. I've read on the interwebs it's good for learning, but I can't confirm that through my own experience. ALCAR also increases NGF, which means more brain cells so you can drink more alcohol, my favorite CNS depressant.

A much simpler stack would be green tea, and eggs. You get everything I mentioned except the cysteine in eggs is not NAC, probably l-cysteine.
>>
>>35130102
So, eggs, green tea and NAC?
>>
>>35129207

Piracetam works, but if you're expecting something crazy, you'll be disappointed. It's more low level.
>>
>>35130119
What would give the best results then? Buying a supplement with a combination of stuff or buying active ingredients separately and eating food with the stuff im looking for?
>>
Try modafinil or armodafinil. Would recommend both
>>
>>35130199
Hate chems but thanks for the suggestion
>>
>>35130199
Also, i dont have a doctor to get a prescription
>>
>>35130112
Just green tea and eggs. Green tea has caffeine as well as theanine in it. Black tea has caffeine but no theanine. Eggs are naturally high in tyrosine and cysteine. Offhand not sure of any other protein source with an amino acid profile high in tyrosine.
>>
>>35130250
Flipping awesome thank you kind person
>>
>>35129207
Check out lugol's Iodine. It's kinda freaky stuff though
>>
>>35130513
I like what i see for benefits of lugol's iodine. Can i take it in combination with other stuff? Would it help along with eggs and green tea?
