Hey brehs I have a very tight fucked up chest.

What's the best way to open that fucker up? I want to broaden my chest and shoulders as I think I'd look significantly better for it and my strength gains would be better too.

Do chest flies, bench press, shoulder raises, push ups, stuff like that. I don't believe they "open the chest", but it's what it felt like when I first started with chest flies.

Same advice I've heard from dorian yates basically, everything is too small so don't worry about it. Just focus on staying as balanced as possible and make everything grow with solid fundamentals.

Just worked out earlier today, did a bunch of chins and 3x7 bent over barbell rows. Felt pretty good, I was stronger on that lift than I thought. I'm also going to go swimming and do a lot of breast stroke on the weekend, start making that a weekly thing too.
