Okay /fit/, my current body fat is 10.7% but I still can't see much definition in my abs. Should I actually try to increase the size of my abs or just keep cutting?
I'm flexing my mid section in the pic, do I just have shit ab genes?
>>35122131
have you considered doing any ab work
like, I dunno, lifting?
go get an ab wheel and start doing planks in the meantime
>>35122131
>
you dont have abs to see
>>35122131
Try harsher lighting from above, you idiot.
>>35122158
I have been doing ab work, it's a weak point of mine I'll admit but I can plank for 6 mins. I shall do more though and get an ab wheel.
>>35122182
I thought as much
>>35122196
This lighting is from above but is diffused, white bathroom tiles.

>10.7%
More like 15%.
tfw 15%bf and visible abs
>he fell for the squats and deads will get you good set of abs meme
>>35122328
I never did any ab work and they show clearly even at my 14-15%. Genetics play a big part. The cuts are genetics.
>>35122236
i can barely plank for 30 secs and my record of situps is like 12 yet i got abs. you should just get bigger and then shed bf
>>35122351
U wot m8?
>>35122310
Nope, just had a body scan and I'm at 10.7%, kinda sucks if I look like I'm at 15.
>>35122338
Yeah I see a lot of people with nice 6 packs around 12%, just my luck I guess
>>35122884
How did you scan yourself?
>>35122991
Every couple of months they set up scans at my gym, can look at water retention, total fat, total muscle ect.
>>35123012
Yes, but is it some hand held device? Those are fucking useless and so are calibers.
Caliber showed that I was 5% when I'm 12%
>>35123034
There are electrode plate things you stand on and hold with your hands, then it measures your height and stuff.
>>35123133
It's not accurate. Far as I understood only good measurements are Dexa and Hydrostatic Weighing. So I am pretty positive you're not 10% bf, you should have visible abs already around 12%
>>35122131
>>35123133
holy shit mate. Those things are useless. They allow a margin for error for up to 10% bf.
If you want to get it measured accurate you have to pay 50 bucks at a doctor for hydrostatic weighing.
Calipers and eye measurement give a good hint and are better than those body fat scanners.
I would say that you are about 14%.
You should keep doing those ab exercises though.
