seriously guys
That's a chest fly machine, it works you pectoral muscles(you know, the chest ones), if you want to work your back try some deadlifts
Hello? Anyone? Come on guys :DD

Holy balls thanks for responding
So no back muscle training exercice is possible on this garbage?

This is photoshopped. I can tell by the pixels.

The top of your picture looks like it has a bar, so you are able to do lat pulldowns on it (which do work your back)

Srsly though, if that's the actual unit you were given, it looks like you could do at least some work on most major muscle groups on it.
If you specifically want to work on your back, it looks like there's a hook at the end of the leg extension attachment where you could attach a handle, then sit on the floor facing the machine and do rows.

terrible machine, chest flyes are just awful. Lat pulldowns are below average but not quite as bad

Thx for the answer
That's exactly the unit i was given
Any other idea for some exercice?

With that machine, it looks like you could do, at a minimum:
Chest press
Flys
Lat pulldown
Tricep pushdown
Leg extension
Rows
Curls

The thing about fitness is, any form of exercise that doesn't cause short term or longterm health complication works and can be done.
With that kind of weight bench you can build strength, mass, and muscle endurance, and and strength endurance, and anerobic endurance.
For strength you should go for 1-5x5 reps with 3-5 minutes of rest between sets.
For mass you should go for 3-5x8-12 reps with 30 seconds to 1 minute of rest between sets
For strength endurance you should go for 3-8 x 12-24 reps with about 30 seconds of rest between sets.
For anaerobic endurance and cardio health and mass I would suggest building a circuit that hit every muscle and allowed you to do about 15-25 reps on each station.
