It will do nothing by itself. You need to limit your calories. You can't do it intuitively in your current condition. I went from 330 to 200 and nowadays I can do it without tracking because I've gone through ~2 years worth of 1400-2000kcal and 150-170g of protein per day and nowadays I can pretty much hit those thresholds with a million different combinations, but those are 2 years of habit. You HAVE to track your calories till you can get a feel of how it works at least.

No they fucking don't. 700kcal is a lot of cardio, normies who can't into diet will never pull that off.

You're right though, even if they only burn 50kcal on an elliptical while reading the paper, given that all other values are equal, the cardiofag will be lighter.

Normies however will just intuitively eat a bite more or two because their body demands it, thus negating the cardio.

If you're eating good food and doing IF, it will be extremely difficult to eat too many calories. Specially if you're restricting yourself to one or two meals a day.

Still, getting a kitchen scale and counting every last thing you eat is very important, all the same.

You're correct, but IF just makes it easier to stick to a diet once you've actually planned one. If you just eat whatever the fuck you want, fasting for 20 hours will only make you gorge yourself to absolutely disgusting levels of gluttony once the eating window opens.

Yeah, if you're eating well and doing IF, it's extremely difficult to overeat, I agree. Eating well and timing your meals is exactly what a diet is though. You need a plan. Sure, it doesn't have to be as specific as "250grams of chicken and 70g of quinoa at 16:30" but if you're deciding on specific foodstuff to buy and specific hours to eat them, then you're basically meal-planning already.

I was never a fatty, I was skinny fat though, and now that I've been working out abs, my stomach looks bigger than my pecs through my shirt, which pisses me off because I have abs, except for that same little pouch of fat. I can't tell if it's going away or not.

the muscle you use to suck in. which i do constantly anyways so it's not really any different for me. if you want to exercise it (for whatever reason) you can just lean forward and release your normal sucking in and then clench it back in as far as you can for about 10 seconds. i don't think it has any benefits to aesthetics though
