Probably not.
I have PE, which sucks, but the advantage is that when clothed it makes my chest look much more pronounced because you can't see the gap in the middle. I never isolated it, I can image if you did it might end up looking disproportionately big.
Lifting will make it look better by taking attention off your chest, especially in clothes but wont fix it.
