Hey how do you guys open doors? Do you activate Lats first? What is the proper order of muscle activation? I already know most of the pull comes from your back. Do you use mostly tris?

I usually warm up with 3 sets of 12 fence gate pulls, which really warms up my lats and biceps.
I'll then lunge towards the door, and proceed to do 5 sets of 10 incline one legged door face pulls, engaging my tris, bis, lats, calves, delts and rear delts.
I then open the door and walk in.

I bring a backpack with weights in it and progressively overload every door I enter by duct taping it to it before I open it.

At my gym, the receptionist opens the door for you.
My eight hour arms workout usually gets in the way of daily routines, so I continue my workout by installing weighted doors everywhere I frequent. In between curls I grab a door with all of my might, activating my tris. This is followed by the pull in which activates my bis and lats as I continue my course to demolish my daily routine.
