what are some simple healthy meals I can prepare in bulk on say Monday and refrigerate to be eaten during the course of the week?
Preferably with cheap ingredients like rice/beans

Fruit smoothies, a blender makes 2 blender bottles, add spinach, 6-8 bananas, flax seeds and other fruit to flavor, easy 1000+ calories split between the 2 blender bottles thats 500 calories each, have one every 2hrs
