Simple asshole answer: squat more

Actual answer: alternate excersizes to more than simply squatting, I like to start with things like weighted lunges, box jumps, hac squats, and some occasional running. Then move on to different machines to isolate individual muscle groups. After doing these things mixed in with squatting for a few weeks your squat should improve.

Haven't had any gym stories lately (I live in a small, fat town so it's usually me, my wife, and some regulars). Have one I saved a while ago:

while that is some solid advice, he's still only squatting 1.5 pl8. he's not at a point where he needs to isolate muscle groups because his hamstrings or quads are overdeveloped and affect his lifts.

just eat more and keep lifting brah. you'll hit 2pl8 and feel like a king.
