get your bench to at least 220b and work up from there, you\ll get a bigger chest like that, theres no way of isloating lower or higher pec, they're all the same thing.

chair dips?

they both max at around 350 in decline

on benching:
there are only 2 heads of chest: sternal and clavicular
flat bench hits both, but emphasis is put more on sternal chest
incline (and ohp to a lesser degree) hit clavicular chest a bit better

overall it won't make much difference untill you have decent mass and need only to refine it further

tldr focus on benching more and don't worry about small details

ah the god ol "upper lower chest" " long head short head bicep beak inner chest"etc

you grow out of it

then tense your lower pec without tensing upper, or vice versa.

im not saying incline bench can't give a more full appearance to the chest, but the effect is negligible, better off just lifting heavier.

If you have good muscle control you can tense individual muscles ; I can, just use conscious tensing and relaxing of muscles. Just because you can't do something doesn't mean others are incapable.

However Lifting heavy is a good idea, changing the exercise can help target different muscles more effectively.

no you retard, you have three heads for the tricep, but no one can tense only one of them.

upper chest and lower chest are different from tricep. Also you are an uncoordinated faggot, you probably fall down while you are trying to sit on the toilet.

this

bring your right arm across chest and try to feel your contracted pec with left hand
now while in contracted position move your right arm like in decline bench position and incline bench position

(if you have big enough chest to actually feel ti) you see how sternal chest contracts much better when in decline posiition
try to feel your clavicular chest and you'll se that it isn't fully contracted

now move your right arm in incline ench position and you'll notice that your front delt and clavicular chest contract MUCH harde than in decline position
also notice the somewhat reduced sternal chest contraction

similar thing can be done with triceps and quads (more muscle you have easier it is to feel and contract different heads of some muscles (but not muscles like biceps, etc.)
