Add weight every workout on the 3x5 (I suggest the classic 5 lbs/2.5 kgs), go heavy on everything and if you can do ATG squats.

Not really. If you eat under at or just under maintenance you'll get tighter and leaner, but won't grow anywhere. If you eat over you'll grow everywhere you work and you can't really work ass without some legs. Though as you're female especially, muscle growth will be so slow that you can easily stop and change it if you notice your legs getting too big.

Also for exercises I recommend Bulgarian split squats on top of what's been suggested already.

Glute bridge and the donkey kicks hit your glutes without hitting the thighs much. But really, for optimal and balanced shape, you should improve your body around the butt as well. Do full ROM squats @ 70% to 75% for 12 reps, deadlifts for reps, and run 2 to 3 miles 3 times a week. Make sure you eat a lot. You will have a big, firm, round ass. You will be the envy of everyone. People of all ages and genders will want to feel its consistency and put things in there if that's what you want.
