Anyone got any body only routines and diets I can follow to gain arm, leg, chest, and ab mass/tone

Pull/chin ups are good.
IMO you need weights for chest and legs and proper arms. Working abs without weights is tedious as fuck.

You should also train your back.
Never heard of a body only diet

Progressive overload on compound body weight movements ie pull ups
Push ups etc

as they get easier start adding weight or switch to one leg/one arm

Chin-ups are hard, you won't need weights for a while. http://armstrongpullupprogram.com/ Using a narrow grip will move focus more towards biceps.

For chest and triceps, push-ups and dips will do for a while, but you'll need to shift to bench variations and add weights to dips.

Do sit-ups x1000 or hold onto something heavy

I'd go running on stairs if I didn't have weights for leg training.

For lower back, you can do floor exercises, but you need weights really. Upper back you can do rows hanging below a bar, like a reverse push-up.

Of course, doing that shit won't help unless you remember to eat three meals a day (a banana for breakfast is fine) and don't use the A/C or heating in the summer/winter.
