Imo prewokout is extremely overrated. Flavored sugar water with a little caffine thats priced way too high. But honestly if you want to pay $30 for hyped up soda that gives you a nice placebo effect then go for it

It's slightly stronger or about the same as Mr. Hyde. IMO Cannibal Ferox is the strongest pre-workout per serving but Hyde is just safer since it's from a more reputable supplement company. But with any pre-workout you should cycle off because of building tolerance to caffeine.

Pre-workouts aren't as important as they seem to be. just pick up some staminade or powerade powder and mix it with water to keep you hydrated during your sessions and you should be fine.

It really gives you a kick. First time I took it I was lifting and lifting and lifting until I become to sore to lift anymore. But you have to cycle this otherwise its like drinking to much coffee. You eventually building up a resistance. I train 2 times a week Monday and Thursday so that would be my main lifting days. If I do more then I wouldn't take a pre-workout.
All are under dosed and complete garbage except pre-jym and pre-kaged. Anything else you're getting a quarter of what you need and a proprietary blend.
