Hands down. Why do these guys not get mentioned more? The whole squad of Mark bell, silent mike, and the supertraining guys have IMMENSE knowledge and they're strong af. Not to mention they have absolute legends on the channel pretty much every week.

Mark "Smelly" Bell has arguably one of the best channels on youTube. Between the guests, the videos and the actual content it's unparalleled. Like when he had ed coan on for a while. I don't like silent mike so much, or his weird new bromance with Omar isuf.

mark is funny and easy to listen too. mike is ok as a side kick but sucks up to mark and guests and seems nervous a lot. gives a kek vibe

I enjoy the guests like Chad Wesley Smith. He explains the squat very well. Also some good Youtubers - Candito, Mike Tuscherer and Brandon Lewis.

Supertraining is a great channel, probably my favourite. Full of none biased info and he treats all guests as equals even though he must know that some of them as just plain shit. Mike was alright at first but now he's just boring, and not sure how that Omar is a personal trainer, he is shit.
