Well, I should've said - no progressive overload. Even then, the progression is shit - it's just in three big jumps, WTF?
It may improve your endurance with these exercises, but all that means is you'll be able to do more of them. You won't build core strenght with these. Maybe a little bit of cardio gains, but wanna know what would be better for this? Actual cardio.
Also, half of the workout is situps and crunches, which are the fedora of bodyweight exercise. Most of the other stuff is not much better.
