For some reason I can't do deadlifts without hurting myself
It has been three days since the last time I worked out(deadlifts) and my lower back still in pain
It is normal?
bad form + weight too heavy for you. here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4qRntuXBSc
If you're hurting yourself doing an exercise, then you should either get someone experienced to guide you through it or stop fucking doing it dumbass.
Yep, usually when you start feeling lower back pain it's a sign to start upping the weight, so you're progressing. Keep it up!
It means your form is shit.

Go nexto to mirror and look at your body during dl.
Probably your lower back is round during lift.
Does it feel like somebody hammer wedge into your lower back when you are down?
