Gym membership was stupid af because the gym I went to was so shit. Most of the equipment was broken, so apart from the treadmills, I have more (and better) equipment in my home gym now. Should've gotten it much earlier. The protein bars were stupid for the sole reason that they were so fucking delicious that my brother and sister snuck in and ate all of them, which was probably for the best since I might have done the same if they hadn't.

Knee sleeves are fine, the hook grip $5 knee sleeves were loose and a bit crappy.
I bought a standard 10kg barbell called York beefy bar, it's not as thick as actual 20kg barbell, nor can it support any weight worth lifting.
