My first time in /fit/ and I need a recommendation. I know some of this stuff is covered in the link on this page, but I couldn't get everything I needed..
I want to lose weight, more specifically, lose weight so I can have a more pronounced and low bf% face.
I am about 5'9" to 5'10" weighing about 160-165 lbs (I used to be fat, so this is mostly remaining skin and fat, not muscle). I am 17 and vegetarian. Any recommended exercise routines? Thanks (pic related: closest thing I could find to my current body).

Do this:

Monday - Bench Press, DB Row, DB Press, Lat Pulldown, Dips, Barbell Curls
Tuesday - Squat, Leg Press, Leg Curl, Calf Raise, Ab Exercise
Thursday - Press, Deadlift, DB Bench, DB Row, Dips, Barbell Curls
Friday - Front Squat, Leg Press, Leg Curl, Calf Raise, Ab Exercise

Three sets of five reps for bench press, db row, press, and squats. One top set of DL is fine. If you can do that up weight for the next workout.

This workout actually seems bretty gud to me. I'm doing something similar but with way more volume. I just can't bring myself to do SS or similarly suggested programs! The feeling I get doing high volume is intense. Leg days make me want to vomit but for a not insignificant number of hours post-workout phosphene activity is lurid!

To get a low bf face, do facepulls. You go to the cable machine and suck the handle with your lips, then jerk your neck backwards. Preps you for a career in porn.
