While I'm here are my chest gains noticeable at all? I've mostly just been benching and curling. I ask this b/c I went from benching 130 pounds to 180 pounds in the last 9 months, and I want to know if that's impressive at all.

well, as an older gentleman, I can certainly appreciate the fragile, innocent body of a younger fellow, what do you say, do you agree with me? That doesn't make us "queer" or whatever word you young lads use nowadays. We can compliment each other's body as much as we want, this is a judgment-free board and this is almost the year 2016

But few people really do. So join a gym and train mindlessly on the machines
