>5000 CALORIES TO GAIN WEIGHT

FUCKKKK

My job I work is very strenuous. 5 hours a day of straight workout almost. I burn hundreds of calories doing it daily

Can someone give me some tips on reaching 4000 least? I plan on taking shakes for the remaining 1000.

I just want to bulk up about 10 pounds. I'm 6'1 190 lbs.

Olive Oil, Peanut Butter, Ice Cream, Heavy Whipping Cream.

If none of that works just drink vegetable oil.

I used to make a weight gain shake that was 2 cups of eggnog, 2 scoops of chocolate whey, and a packet of tapioca pudding mix.
Shit was godly.

Bro. Hollandaise, it's something like 1200 kcal per cup, plus it's the most delicious food on the planet.

Get a multigrain bagel, slap cream cheese all over it, smoked salmon (or deli meat), onions, tomatos, fry up four eggs, two eggs on either side, then dump a half a cup (at least) of hollandaise on it.

Altogether that's getting towards a 3000 calories in a single meal.

Protip: a mickey of whiskey has ~800 Cal.

I went from 160 to 190 over 2 years lifting. 6'3". Are you eating at maintenance? Just add a tablespoon of butter to your veggies each meal. Extra 300 calories a day bulk. Not that fucking hard.
>>
>>35059627
Sounds delicious

I;m trying to do natural protein, aside from veggies and beans, would steak/ground beef help?
also thoughts on tofu?
>>
>>35062775
>natural protein

lol, as opposed to what? all protein is 'natural'
>>
fitbits don't work for manual labour

mine said I was doing 30000 steps per day
>>
>>35062814
Are you sure? Because I manually checked my steps countless times and it was really accurate
>>
>>35059001

Ah the days when 300 lbs was monstrously fat...

Even women are as obese as this now
>>
>>35058986
>whole milk, pizza, candy, trail

lmao. This. Even making a miniature pizza every night is like an extra 1200kcal wash it down with a glass of whole milk and you've got a 1700kcal meal, could easily eat that every night on top of a big breakfast and something for lunch.

GOMAD not even joking
>>
>>35064153
I'm doing GOMAD right now and it's not nearly as hard as I thought it would be.

I'm doing it to get from 160 to 175, aside from some stomach pains at night it's really not that bad.

How hard is it to gain 18kg (40lbs) ?

How long will it take me to gain this much weight? I want to gain it over the course of 6 months, is that reasonable?
>>
>>35064193
Very reasonable. You'll just have to be consistent with what you eat
>>
>>35064193
6.67 pounds a month? shit bruh that's easy:

>lots of milk
>lots of eggs
>lots of peanut butter
>lots of meat
>lots of whey
>lots of oats
>lots of creatine (water retention = weight gain)
>squats at least 3 days a week
>minimize the amount of cardio you do
>sleep about 8-9 hours a day

repeat everyday as needed. you'll probably get like 15-20 pounds of fat, 5-10 pounds of muscle and 10-15 pounds of water weight. enjoy your dreamer bulk buddy!
>>
>>35058946
10hours of manual lifting in freezer - 25C
Every 2 hours a homemade burger and coffee cup, keeping body warm and energetic.
>>

I gained 18kg in 2 months on GOMAD, but it was almost all fat.Diddnt matter for me coz i was skelly and it taught me to eat moar.
>>
>>35058946
GOMAD you mong
>>
>>35065206
>I gained 18kg in 2 months on GOMAD, but it was almost all fat
how much did you lift in that period?
>>
>>35065407
This was when i started lifting
Before my lifts were:
Squat 40kg
Deadlift 60kg
Bench 20kg

After my died and 2 months of lifting
Squat 60kg
Bench 40kg
Deadlift 80kg

Yeah i know its not much but i started from totally sedetary lifestyle skeletor.
>>
>>35065541
How many reps are you talking here?

This is important.
>>
>>35065552
>>35065541
squat 3x5 deadlift 5x5 bench 3x5
>>
>>35065599
Keep going. You'll make it up to a 1 plate bench soon enough given that you did GOMAD for two months, no way you won't be taking in enough calories.

And it's good that you're doing low reps, but with what you're lifting you might want to do the 5x5s on the bench and squats and the 3x5 for the deadlift, as the last thing you do in your workout.
>>
>>35065629
I always do benches last because i go to stupid school gym with only 1 bench and retards use it all the time so i have to wait till most of them leave.

I sometimes even have to do all these lifts with dumbbells.

Btw i feel like i should reach 1pl8 already. I mean i can do 30 pushups while weighing 75kg? Any tips for better benching?
>>
>>35065702
>I mean i can do 30 pushups while weighing 75kg?
Up that to 50, and do that last if you're going to incorporate that into your workout.
>Any tips for better benching?
Warm up with the bar first, and then with a 5kg plate on each side. Warming up has helped both my form and my lifts immensely. I'm currently at 70kg and I warm up with 5 reps of the bar first and then 5 reps of 1pl8 before doing 3x5 with 80kg, so the bar at 20kg and then 30kg should be perfect for warming up for 40kg. Also, bench right after you do squats, and don't be afraid to ask for a spotter once you start getting heavier, because getting stuck under an 80kg bar really blows.
