How bad is mayo on Keto?
It has little to no carbs, it's made of eggs, it makes shit taste better.
Why does everybody cringe when they hear the word "mayo"?
Because mayo is unhealthy greasy shit food but if you're already on keto you might as well eat it
1. Does it have carbs? NO
Now you fit it into your prot/fat for the day.

Homemade mayo is the way to go ... keeps you from having the low-quality soybean and canola oil.
I use avocado oil ($10/1L at Costco) and with an immersion blender it's very easy and quick.

This. Mayo is easy to make and it tastes great.
With a little practice you can make it in a cereal bowl and a fork if you can't afford quality equipment. (Though if you want to eat good you should own all the gear to make healthier things yourself)

Theres no problem with it. I buy vegan mayo because I'm allergic to eggs, then mix it with black pepper and mustard fire those anti-inflammatory properties.

What exactly is wrong with Canola oil? It has a good ratio of monounsatured to polyunsaturated fats. Based on it's fatty acid profile it seems to be one of the better cooking oils.

No, as long as it fits into your macros there's nothing wrong with mayo.
A lot of them are made with shitty soybean oil but canola or olive oil mayo isn't too hard to find.
