What's your routine?

I've done this for quite some time before hitting the gym.
In any case, DBs are very important for any type of routine.

Amazingly enough, my new town doesn't believe in deadlift. All of the gyms have self spotting machines and no detachable bars. If I want to deadlift, I have to do it with dumbbells.
