Fuck /asp/. Does anyone know any good routines that can be useful for boxing?
Yes.

do ss without cal surplus so you don't gain weight
is your goals do be the best boxer possible or do you want to train boxing and lifting?

I've been lifting for a year, but still weak. I want to be able to lift for strengtj for boxing but also have a good physique

Lifting won't make you a better boxer, just a sturdy one. Boxing is all about speed and explosiveness
>>35053399
what are your stats?
>>35053416
as he said, lifting will make you slower unless you do dynamic lifts mainly

I also forgot to add i want to lift to move up a weight class, as I have to add 10 pounds to move up to middle weight, preferably muscle not fat.
Stats at 5'10" 150 lbs are 155 bench, 175 squat and 200 deadlift. Like I said I'm pretty weak

Use Bill Starr's program from The Strongest Shall Survive. Excellent for your needs.

>i want to lift to move up a weight class,
then just lift with a regular strength routine with a focus on dynamic lifts
also more than weak, your stats are messed up
train that lower body

If you're just in it to be kinda okay at boxing while still looking good, I believe the best thing is to do this shit in periods. I.e. focus on lifting heavy objects 3-4 times a week for a couple months, only training boxing once a week (or maybe twice depending on how intense it is for you).
Then you do the opposite - go to boxing practice 3-4 times a week, maybe do cardio on top of that. Hit the weights like once a week or something and maybe do some calisthenics after your boxing/cardio workouts, hoping you don't lose your muscles during that.

why though?
why not just train the two alternaticely ?

OK thanks this is probably what's I will do
