The 3d at low bf % thing is mainly steroids. Some guys can get there natty but those are genetic lottery winners.

Do 3000 crunches a day. It helps reduce fat in the abdominal area. I'd also recommend using a Compex electric muscle stimulator for when you're not doing your crunches. It will continue to work your abs while you're commuting or watching TV. Lastly, drinking energy drinks will help raise your metabolism which allows you to crunch faster and longer. I particularly recommend the classic Monster Energy Drink. Try to drink 4 to 8 cans a day for best result.
