Oh i recognize this one, the guy lost a shit ton of weight and he still had 30kg of loose skin left. Some of the best surgeons of the world decided to remove the excess skin from everywhere because of infections (skin is a very fragile organ).

If you have a more accelarated metabolism, or you're very stressed, or you're very active, your body will need more energy.
Depending on the amount of energy -read, food- that you put inside your body and the demands your body has to keep going you will either: maintain a weight, lose it -if you consume it, less storaged fat-, or gain it -more storaged fat-.
Someone with a 'demanding' body needs more energy to move and consumes more energy on a daily basis.
Someone that doesn't go out, doesn't move and has small amount of muscle has a less demanding body.
Because you need less energy, you don't use all the energy you put in your body and, your body, has wise as it is and following all the rules we know about physics and as far as we know them in the universe, your body storages that energy, that fat, that food.
Energy -> calories -> fat
Energy not used -> energy your body storages -> fat in your body
Now the thing is that we can not create energy or mass out of nowhere. We can consume it if you're active, or you can storage it if you not active. So if you eat too much you go fattie. You eat what you need, you're good.
