Seriously, I need help regarding this.
I know there are genes that dictate your weight, but even then, i'm 120lbs dry at 5'11. I look like utter shit, no muscle mass whatsoever.
Could you guys please tell me what your typical meal plan consists of?

What I ate today:
Breakfast:
150grams oats + half scoop protein power mix it with water for a shake
Lunch: banana pancake with nutella, 2 regular pancakes with syrup.
2 baked buns with some bad fried stuff that doesnt exist in English
Dinner:
400 grams of salmon, 500grams of beans, lots of pasta (also pretty fatty butter sauce for salmon cause its too good)
5am Baguette with cheese ~400
6am gym, lifting
8am 1l whole milk + protein powder ~ 800kcal
11am chicken wrap with curry majo ~700kcal
4pm some microwave thai food thingy, ~450kcal
4:30pm: gym again, cardio
6pm pasta and meat sauce ~600kcal
6pm and another liter of whole milk ~600kcal
If I'm cutting, or when I'm not doing cardio for some reason, I just drink water instead of milk. I don't even notice the difference because I eat just as much. Milk is great.

Dude, it is really as simple as calories in calories out at the end of the day. Go get some peanut butter, eggs, chicken, veggies, and rice and just stuff yourself.
