My arm routine is 3x8 close grip bench superset with 3x8 barbell curls
3x8skullcrusher superset with 3x10 alternate dumbell curls
3x8 vbar tricep extension superset with preacher curls
3x8 pulldowns with vbar superset with 3x8 reverse bicep curls
Then 3x6-8 overhead tricep extensions and 3x6-8 isolation curls. The last two lifts i use a weight heavy enough to get between 6 to 8 reps on each set but as soon as i can i move up 5lbs so i usually am failing at 4 or 5 on my last set. I do it on friday and then again sunday. Should i keep tht up or make changes?

I'm 6 ft tall in NYC and maybe 10% of men I'd see in a day are 6'1-6'2. Why are there so many freakishly tall people on /fit/? Is it just a tendency for the very tall to be interested in fitness?

Increase triceps volume I suppose. I had no problem getting mine to get larger with those exercises. Try dropping weight a big a throwing in a ton more reps, see if that gets em growing?

OP here, I haven't touched a weight in 2 years. I used to juice and quit bodybuilding due to health concerns. The pic in the op is the skinnyfat remnants of my former physique lol. I built a decent foundation before I started bodybuilding so hopefully I can rebuild some of that once I start lifting again.
