My diet is basically I just dont eat like shit. Im not a vegan or anything, but I generally eat pretty healthy, dont really drink pop or anything like that. I just try to eat reasonably and not cheat a lot. Not the funniest way to eat, but meh~

As for routine I just try to do whatever I think I can do. I think your perspective is always the most important part of working out, I cant lift heavy cuz of health problems. Generally I do a lot of body weight stuff, or band stuff. But sometimes ill do a p90xish work out.

Anyway trust me its hard for me to gain anything so I know how it is, ive been stuck at more or less 175 now for the past year, just cant really seem to build anymore. Just sick to much and to often. Again its a long process though if you look at my pics ive been working ou tnow again for 6 years so im not that huge by any means. Just gotta keep going.

I use coconut oil to help my ezcema, which most moisturizers aggravate. It also makes my skin really fucking soft.

Some do, like doctors will ask about it, some girls find it's a turn on, sometimes show me their own and etc. Guys don't give a shit, or just shrug it off. Most people don't notice them in general, because of eye contact and the like.
