This depends a lot on how many fat cells you have available for storage.

If you're skinny, and you've never been fat, then your body might just let a lot of calories go to waste. Making new fat cells is hard work, and you're body is a lazy dick, so it might not make enough fat cells to store your new fat and the calories will become feces.

If you're a former fatty, and you have lots of empty fat cells, your body will store everything and you'll get the full four pounds. That's why people who lose lots of weight can regain it so quickly, because their fat tanks are empty, and can easily be refilled.

That's bullshit unfortunately. One gram of fat is equivalent to 9.1 calories. Hence, 1 lbs = 454 grams is 4131 calories.

Are you crazy? Your metabolism would fuck up due to CIRV (Caloric Intake Rotational Velocidensity) and you'll end up to store more fat then ever the first time you end the fasting - and probably in the meanwhile your metabolism will slow down to MECCA (Minimum expected covert caloric assumption), literally bombing your health
To avoid these cancerous effects, you'll have to reduce caloric intake slowly, with a reduction no greater than the 50% of your basal metabolism
Assuming your optimal intake is 2000 cal/die, I'd reduce with a progression no greater than 1000 cal/die
So, 11k calories on the second day, 10k calories on the third day, 9k calories on the fourth, 8k on the 5th, and so on and so forth, eventually reaching 2k caloried on the 11th day
