absolutely, unless you do it up grass or sand. Human knees weren't made to sprint or run on anything as hard as concrete, it will grind your menisci into nothing

I think you guys mean to say don't sprint downhill. Uphill is much easier on your knees because you don't have a full range of motion, whereas downhill you have an extended rom and way more impact

Why spring?

I just put the treadmill at a 12% grade today, at a brisk pace, and walked while emphasizing calf extension (exaggerated heal to high toe gait)

I am laughably bad at it though. But Ivm tall and have long as fuck arms so I just jump under the hoop most of the time.
