Do you have any problems with that?
I work as industrial mechanic/welder and often have to carry or hold heavy stuff.
Sometimes i cant even move at work and its killing my to be on my feet for ~10 hours

Anyone in the same situation as me? How do you deal with it?

I don't really get sore anymore. Newbie gains are now gone and if anything, shit feels a little tender the day after but disappears with a little bit of movement.

For the most part, yes. If you don't hit a muscle though (for example, say you ignore some odd muscle in your shoulder), and then you do an exercise including it, it'll still be sore like you are now.

This. I still get terrible Leg day DOMS and I do legs one day every week. Typically lasts for 1-3 days depending. Although leg day tends to be highest intensity day for me.
