I work as industrial mechanic/welder and often have to carry or hold heavy stuff.
Sometimes i cant even move at work and its killing my to be on my feet for ~10 hours
Anyone in the same situation as me? How do you deal with it?

If you get extremely bad DOMS beyond the first week or two you're doing something wrong
Complaining about soreness and not being able to go up stairs after "leg-day" are facebook-tier memes.
If you'd be training every muscle group more than once a week instead of doing dumb brosplits you wouldn't even get sore after about a week.

For the most part, yes. If you don't hit a muscle though (for example, say you ignore some odd muscle in your shoulder), and then you do an exercise including it, it'll still be sore like you are now.

This. I still get terrible Leg day DOMS and I do legs one day every week. Typically lasts for 1-3 days depending. Although leg day tends to be highest intensity day for me.
