Don't forget farmers walks.
Lateral raises actually hit the traps good too. In fact, shoulder presses and pullups do a little too.

If you include those in your routine along with rows and deadlifts, you really shouldn't have to do shrugs or farmer's walks. In fact, if you do, you'll probably start looking stupid with overdeveloped traps.

Incline shrugs were always my go to. Lay face down on an incline bench and shrug from that position with Dumbbells. Good accessory movement but nothing beats farmers walks/deadlifts/Olympic lifts for trap development. Shrugs in general are shit but I actually thought the incline shrug did wonders compared to all the other variations
