It takes practice to separate the bodyfat from your victim's muscles. I use a regular kitchen knife to skin and remove the excess fat as human meat is really fatty.
The victim in your picture doesn't appear to have very much bodyfat, just avoid eating the breasts as they get sickening fast with their high amount of fat.

Here is my most recent pic. I go to the gym 6 days a week and referee soccer on the day that I dont, so I eat the same everyday.

~ 380 g carbs
~ 130 g fat
~ 280 g protein

I make 95% of my meals ahead of time so that I can track how much I eat, and on the off chance that I don't (traveling is what causes this) I get the same sandwich at subway each time so it's not hard to enter into MFP.

Really am 6'7", 2.01m to you guys across the ocean. Up to 227 lbs I think yesterday morning. Bulk is going fairly well. Hoping to hit 240 before cutting in the spring.

Seriously though, I've lost 50 lbs in three months doing this averaging around 1200kcal a day. I was 6f0 240 lbs at 37% body fat and 150 lbs of lean body mass and now down to 190 lbs at 18% body fat with 156 lbs of lean body fat. All my lifts have been improving steady and my cardio has been getting better and better. All this cardio kills gains and you shouldn't go under your bmr when cutting memes need to stop.

Basically what I'm trying to say is get your protein and lift to keep muscle and eat less and do cardio to lose weight.

If you dont use it you lose it basically. But what happens when you cut for many consecutive days? You really do begin to lose energy and youre not able to workout well...unless youre conditioned to do it.

If youre able to do fullbody for 30days straight with no injuries and no fatigue then you can safely cut for 30 days straight with maybe 2-3 refeeds here and there after 8-9 days.

The math says ill lose ~3 lbs of fat in this time but i usually lose about 15-20 doing this.

Just my experience senpai
