I'm having some trouble. Last night I had a pulsing sensation between my eyes. I woke up this morning and my right side felt heavy and hard to move. Over the course of the day it's gotten a little bit worse and I have a bit of a headache now. My right eye also became a little blurry. My muscles feel stiff on my right side but I still have sensory feeling. Should I go to an urgent care clinic?

Stroke symptoms vary depending on where the vascular problem is located. If its caused by a very small blood clot it might even go unnoticed but could also cause wallenberg syndrome all depending on its location for example.

I started lifting and didn't quit smoking, my heart hurts less but still does sometimes.

I was released. I had nothing come up on my chest x Ray. They didn't do blood tests or an MRI. I explained all of my symptoms to the ER Doctor and he thinks I had some sort of migraine. I still don't feel well but there's nothing I can do. I took some ibuprofen when I got back to my apartment.

My mother had a similar problem to her. She had the same exact symptoms as you and managed to drive to the hospital and had a full check up. In the end they said it was probably a really bad migraine. A week later my mom went to the family doctor and she was convinced it was a very minor stroke.
In the end she's fine and whatever it was, it must have been temporary.
