admittedly these PRs never came from the same time. I actually hit 500DL and 395 squat in the same week, but my bench and OHP are just now at PR levels about 5 months after the pic was taken. my squat is currently about 365 (hit 355 yesterday) and dl 475 (hit 455 last week). I also look a lot better now than I did then just from the effect of having lifted for much longer by now.

This is true but I think there should be balance. You posted a picture of Mark Bell who is working on his aesthetics while strength training. Who cares if you can bench 500lbs when you're a 300lb bowling ball? Jesse Norris is another good example. You don't have to be fat to be strong.

Being the strongest man is something amazing though, I would never do it because i'm a 5'7 but I admire the guys that put in the effort to do that shit.

Hell it's harder to train heavy than it is to lift baby weights and stay same weight at all time with slight changes here and there.

Cut while lifting and progressing, no reason to delay. Noobgains and infinite energy from fat cells will make you progress like you're bulking.

Source: Went from 147kg to 90kg and lifts 1RM are:
OHP: 80kg
Bench: 120kg
Front squat: 117.5kg (kinda shit but I don't backsquat so)
Diddy: 187.5kg

So you can definitely progress while cutting, you just use your fatness to fuel your lifts instead of a caloric surplus.
