you might have scoliosis. if its functional (muscle weaknesses and tightnesses) just squatting with a straight back will likely fix it. you need a coach or a friend to watch your squat though. if its structural scoliosis, it might be leg length discrepancy which can be solved by shimming the shorter leg and squatting.

Yes, just make sure you have your upper body covered, mainly shoulders and lats. It'll make the wide hips thing a little less noticeable. Dunno about your pelvis, one of your legs may be slightly longer than the other.
Not everyone will immediately laugh at you for your wide hips when you take your shirt off, just be confident about it. Not everyone is born with perfect hip width. I have some wide hips too, I know that feel.

something like 20% of the population has slight scoliosis/leg length discrepancy of 1cm and it wont cause anything. its hard to say (from that pic) if you have enough to worry about but i guess if you only notice the slight misalign in your hips and your shoulders and head are level and you dont notice your hip shifting laterally or something when lifting i think youre ok. but if you ever get (low) back pain that's partial to your left or right side then get it checked.

I don't train abs at all anymore. When I did train abs I did 500-700 leg raises as a "warm-up" (took 15 min) then did the main workout (for example chest). At the end of the workout I did 500-700 sit-ups. And all those reps non-stop. Five times a week.

That was crazy thing to do. I'm sure that few sets of 20 reps should be enough but I was too stupid back then.

Had been training for 6 months, summer came quit training started eating. Gained 10kg of fat.
About a month ago started lifting and cutting. Weight is down 2-3kg lifts are almost the same when I quitted. Do I have hope left?
