I agree with the avatar fag though. I ensure proper form and pronated grip rows make my arms swell along with my lats.

That's why it's called a compound muscle movement.

It wouldn't be called that if it specifically targeted only lats. So if you do enough of them to get squirrel mode, it'd be very difficult not to have sizable arms, wrists, and forearms.

Maybe he's one of those weird guys that come in a do single dumbbell rows all day. I always find it odd when abled body guys do that when it's not in conjunction with another routine. I mean if someone did something stupid like did biceps and rows in the same day, or pullups before rows, it would make sense to try to isolate the lats cause your grip and arms would be compromised.

The only thing I can think of that would cause this is behind the neck widegrip pullups every other day along with mostly cardio.

Yes, but it also is a compound movement because it works the rear delts to a degree. Does that mean you are going to get jacked rear delts only doing rows?

Rows will build bicep muscle. But not much. You can have a big row and thus big lats but biceps like Ronaldo. The biceps aren't the limiting factor in a pull like that.
