literally my favorite cutting food is what i had last.

basically just a bunless lamburger where you render out almost all of the fat, use lettuce instead of bun, raw onion, pickled jalapeno, mustard, cooked mushroom and onion (in the same pan as burger, once you render all the fat out and dump it - sometimes with garlic), tomato, ketchup, raw jalapeno, & pickle

also mix up black pepper, cayenne, jalapeno, onion, lime juice (just a few drops) and garlic into the meat.

no cheese or mayo or avocado for the low calorie..

all said and done its under 300 kcal if you render the fat, and only about 375 if you don't (Assuming you use 4 oz meat)

if you add cheese, wasabi mayo, and a bun, its well over 500 (i am recovering obese so permacut mode)

If we look at the cost of the burrito which is $8 and assume you're eating 3 times a day we get 8x*3, where x= number of burritos per sitting for simplicity's sake we'll assume x=1

That brings us to 8*3=24, that's $24 a day spent on food. It might not seem like much but let's keep going.

Next we take 24*7=168, this means you are spending 168 dollars a week, then we times that by 4 and get 672. Now we take 672 and multiply that by 12 and we get 8064.

This all means you would be spending at least 8k a year on chicken burritos. This is all assuming you only eat one burrito per meal and if you're bulking that simply can't be the case. For a bulking sized portion every meal you are looking at around 24 thousand dollars a year.

Don't have it anymore so can't take a pic, but I ate a homemade pizza that ended up being 74g carbs, 76g fat, 143g protein, 13g fiber. I think I'm good actually. I even took a fish oil cap and multivit halfway through it, so technically same meal. Pretty sure I could survive on that specific meal forever and make mad gains.

1. Mixed 100g oats+3 eggs for+100ml milk+15g flaxseed for the base. The milk isn't necessary, but makes it easier to spread on the cooking utensil later. The flaxseed I just added for fiber, it's not necessary either. The basic idea is oats+eggs instead of bread. You can add salt to this mix to taste, I don't.

2. Toss a drop of olive oil on an oven-ready utensil, dab it all over it. Spread the mix in here.

3. Preheat over to 180c

4. Saute whatever toppings you want in a pan. I diced a ~300g chicken breast, some shrooms, onion and other assorted veggies (they do fuck-all for the calories, so go nuts)

5. Go back to the "bread" part. Toss a bit of sriracha or mustard or whatever sauce of your choice on it (gonna have to be only a little though, you'll have to ratio this yourself).

6. Spread cheese on it. I used pasta filata, about 150g. Slices or shredded, both work. I used about 100g to cover the entire surface and save 50g for later.

7. Spread toppings on top of cheese, spread the rest of the cheese on top of toppings.

8. Put in oven for 10min for the cheese to melt and the oat+egg mix to cook.

9. Eat.

Takes ~20min total and half of it is waiting.
