How long would it take to transform from dyel skinny-fat to pic related body in your opinion? I'm sitting on 14~15 body fat right now. Lanky arms, fat thighs feels bad man. I'm doing SS with few accessories added (forearms and biceps) for 2 weeks now, following lean diet.
Please be gentle /fit/.

My pathetic physique at the moment.
(I realize it's impossible to overcome skeletal structure and insertions).

2-3 years probably less if you are really serious about it + supplements like creatine
But don't worry, you will look good after even only a few months.
Started as 60kg lanklet at 6'2 and now after a year I'm 83kg and got a 6.5/10 physique according to /fit/ standarts
By the way OP >>34920286
I had several month long breaks inbetween and only started as serious in like September

>+ supplements like creatine
I always considered supplements to be money grabbers. I dunno and I've heard creatine is responsible for hair loss :(
>>34920286
Can confirm. Skeleton 9 months ago, now thanks to my noob gains I can see myself reaching something like OP pic in 2 or so years.

if you're losing hair because of creatine, going bald would have happened to you nevertheless. true: creatine increase serum DHT, but you have to have the right receptor at your hair-follicles for that to cause balding. ergo: creatine isn't bad, you're just having bad genetics. (untermensch)

Creatine monohydrate is dirt cheap and creatine's effectiveness has been confirmed in multiple studies.
If there's one sup to take apart from vitamins - it's creatine.
Also, there is no solid evidence of creatine causing hair loss. It causes higher DHT levels, which in turn is correlated with hair loss, but not exactly causative. The general consensus is it might accelerate hair loss if you're already prone to it, but it's just a theory.
OP here. Should I do cardio during rest days to burn that fat?
How long do you think it would take a female to reach a corresponding degree of swole? Maybe twice as long?
