Strength or aesthetics?
Be the person I know you can be /fit/

Fuck aesthetics, beauty is subjective and temporary, strength in body and mind are valid goals.
>>34920397
Amen brother.
174cm
78kg
Over 20% bodyfat.
I used to be obese, 95kg, lost 25 kg a few years ago, to 70kg without any exercise so I basically lost the few muscle I had.
In 2 years I regained 8kg, so now I'm skinny at basically.
I just signed up for the gym and I'm not quite sure what to do and what goals to set for myself.
I'd like to get my bodyfat down to 15% at least. I don't really care about putting muscle on yet, I'd just like to lose this fat I regained.
I suppose I should therefore stick to cardio, is there any point lifting when trying to lose body fat and therefore without eating a lot?
>calves getting stronger each week

I realized today that /fit/ was the real gains goblin. Even though I love you guys (no homo), in order to truly make it someday you have to leave /fit/ and never come back. I might change my mind but these are just my current thoughts
>>34920618
Holy fuck i make a huge reply to your post but it failed due to me having 'low memory' fuck sake!
In short: lift light, get practice, and lose fat thru deficit
>>34920777
Fuck I'm sorry.
Thanks for the intention and the succinct advice anyway dude, will look into all that.
