Muscle is much denser than fat. If it takes 5 kg of fat to notice a difference, than it will take roughly almost 4 times that amount of muscle to notice a difference. Look at bodybuilders in real-life, they look incredibly small - they are. Not on the stage, but like real-life bodybuilders with 9% bodyfat, they are around 88-91 kg.

Conclusion : big buys are just fucking fat. muscle doesn't make you look big.

sorry shitty picture but here is my progress so far

6 months of healthy eating and cardio then i started bulking since 2 month!

I feel so much better now !

Dele all fast food and bad things for you (i'm still drinking alcohol and a big cheat meal once a week so it's a bit longer for me)

->Run 2X a weeks, HIIT or 1H
->Go the gym temple 3times a week and push hard
-> Read motivations threads
-> Eat 0% Yoghourt with oats+ banana+eggs +tea/Cofee in the morning
-> Rice/pasta/potatoes + Chicken breast+ Fruit for lunch
-> Fruit+ green tea or yoghourt at 4PM
-> banana after workout
-> Fish or Steak or Eggs+ vegetables /Fruits for diner

Remember that a foot has 12 inches in it. 195 cm = 6.3 feet. However, this translates to 6'4" (almost 6'5") when you convert properly. 190cm is a smidgeon under 6'3".

What routine are you using? Your total has gone up a lot, relative to your starting point which is good.

If I were you, I'd maintain your bodyweight whilst getting stronger, and you'll recomp fairly easily. Once you get to ~15% bodyfat, you can bulk slowly like 1-1.5 pounds a month for the next several months, and, after that, you can lean out.

it heavily depends on bf% m8. Pic related is 6'2" 88 kg but on the other extreme (OP being skinnyfat and the same weight/height, yet looking much much smaller).

The "you need to weigh x to look x" rule should only be said with a fixed bf%, in your case it's probably around 15%, because 95 kg at that height while lean would be built as fuck.

3x5 Squat 102.5kg
3x5 Bench 55kg
5x3 Power Cleans 50kg

Gonna start a bulk soon tho. Gains are just too damn slow, and I'm really not sure if progressing as well as I could be. Like, should I just cut down to low bf or bulk for dem muscles and cut again? A couple of anons told me to keep cutting but

Weighed around 98kg in the spring of 2014. I had gotten into shitty eating habits for the last year, where as I before had been skinny before I lost my discipline around the fall of 2012.

I then started changing my diet and hit the bicycle and the treadmill at the end of 2014. I started lifting again in July and on my way to getting lean.
180cm, approx 70 kg at the moment.

I'd say just lift as heavy as you can with good form and you'll still make (albeit somewhat slower) progress since you're a beginner

then once you get to ~15%, maintain for a bit, and start to go into a caloric surplus. You'll be able to bulk but you won't get fat as fuck in the process of trying to get strong

I'm not sure what you can do about it though desu. You need to eat a lot to keep upping the weights. Maybe through in some HIIT cycling/sprints.
