How do you take care of your joints?

Rotator cuff exercises before any lifting

no. A rotar cuff warm-up sure, but rotator cuff strengthening exercise before heavy bench and press?

No.
>>
>>34917656
I keep them in an air tight container until it's time to spark up and relax

What's the reasoning behind doing them before lifting? Do you just warm them up, or properly work them?

For real?

To lower the chance of damaging your joint during lifts.

Should also look into rotator cuff strengthening exercises.

Is meat collagen any good? It usually says in the package "max 10-15% collagen"

OP here, from what I heard fish oil is good for pretty much everything. I'm gonna try it. Thanks

Yup. 645mg I believe. Definitely helps.

I noticed consecutive injuries helped speed up my recovery each time. Its like my body knows exactly what to do now when i get injured.

Ive been injury free for over a year and i fell off a ladder at work. Basically i landed on my palms and knees. Took me only 8 days to recover from a 20 foot drop.

Im not saying to injure yourself, im just saying if it happens just rehab it lightly and as much as possible and thats probably the best thing for your joints.

I think jackie chan used to punch a sack of rice or rubble to strengthen his hands.

>"yo bro did you tap yet?"
>nope :^)
>"but now did you just tap?"
after a while they just let go. I only roll with other beginners though, I'm sure black belts would crush my arm. still funny to see fellow beginners not understanding what's going on

Taking 684mg pill once a day. Do people really suggest 2x/day, or is my one enough?
